Power World Diesel Generator Maintenance Items
1. Genset disassembling: Clean and check all the disassembled spare parts. Repair or replace them according to the production requirements.
2. The connecting rod of crankshaft: make detailed examination of the disassembled piston rod parts and check connecting rod and the abrasion between piston ring groove and piston pin. Change the rod bearing, cylinder liner, piston and piston rings.
3. Air flue parts: comprehensively clean coke in the exhaust system. Check and change exhaust valve seat and the tube, as well as the rubber connecting pipe.
4. Lubricating parts: Inspect the gear wear abrasion of the oil pump; clean-up of the oil gallery; test the thermostat and pressure of oil pump; check or change the rubber connecting tube.
5. Fuel supply and supercharger parts: detect the PT pump and change the worn-out parts; adjust the nozzle pressure or replace the nozzle cover, check or replace supercharger repair kit; test the supercharger shaft balance level.
6. Assembling and adjustment of the engine: assembly the parts have been fixed and then test the machine under the supervision of professional technicians; send it to customer after ensuring it works well.
