Tray Cable Bridge is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, television, telecommunications and other industries. The advantages of tray Cable Bridge are of light weight, ultimate load, good appearance, simple structure, and easy installation, etc. It applies to not only the installation of power cables, but also the laying of control cables. According to user requirement, Tray Cable Bridge can be galvanized, powder coated or hot dip galvanizing. And In corrosive environment it can have special anti-corrosion performance after some processing.
Bridge will be equipped cleading only when customer specially mentioned in the order. And the accessories of Tray Cable Bridge are also applicable to Cascade Cable Bridge and Trough Cable Bridge.
Cascade Cable Bridge
Cascade Cable Bridge developed from former similar product of our factory. It is of light weight, special model, easy installation and good performance of heat emission. It usually used in laying of heavier cable, especially laying high and low power cable.
Bridge will be equipped cleading only when customer specially mentioned in the order. And the accessories of Cascade Cable Bridge are also applicable to Tray Cable Bridge and Trough Cable Bridge.
Trough Cable Bridge
Trough cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray, well used in laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and other control cables with sensitive system. It ensures control cable good performance on interference shielding and anti-corrosion. Its cleading was supplied together with the tray and its other accessories are also applicable to Tray Cable Bridge and Cascade Cable Bridge.
Modular Cable Tray
Modular cable tray is the second and newest generation cable bridge. It applies to all kinds of cable laying with its advantages of simplified structure, flexible configuration and fresh models. Modular cable tray assembles all sizes of cable bridges only by 100mm, 150mm and 200mm wide models. No perforation needed that make it more convenient for design, delivery and installation construction.
Large span cable tray
Compared with normal cable bridge, large span cable bridge can stand larger span. It not only applies to laying of oil refining, chemicals, textiles, machinery, metallurgy, electric power, television, radio and other mining industries but also applies to laying of underground projects, such as: Metro, air defense cable channel and cable tunnel bracket. Bridge will be equipped cover plate only when customer specially mentioned in the order.
For the surface, plastic spraying, galvanizing, or paint are optional. In corrosive environment, plastic sprayed bridge has better protection while in normal situation, galvanized bridge is widely used.
